In some states like CALIFORNIA yes you can still register: you still have the #HANDOFPOWER.
In California, registration must be postmarked or submitted to an elections office (or NVRA voter registration agency) on or before 15 days prior to Election Day (to vote in that election). This year that deadline in California is Oct. 21.
