The 12 #TicketToChile Finalists…and the winner is…

March 1, 2013

Well, I guess I’m not going on this trip to ChileSimply Budgeted,  Brian Mellot,  (not the Wine Predator!) won the Foods From Chile #TicketToChile contest and will be heading out to Chile in April. Instead of 10, judges actually selected 12 finalists, including myself, to submit a video. Interestingly, a number of the finalists are wine bloggers!

While I am really curious to see those videos, a quick perusal of the following links to the winning bloggers didn’t easily reveal anyone’s videos. It was fun to check out the competition and you might enjoy reading some of these blogs too:

Ambitious Kitchen

Super Duper Fantastic

Ever In Transit

Accidental Locavore

Vine Sleuth

Prolific Nature

Compulsive Sweeper

The Foodie Palate

Brainwines

Wine Blog

Wine Predator

Regardless, I think they will remember “Chile Style” and hopefully invite me on the next trip to Chile to blog about the food, the wine, and the sights!

And I will be sure to share my goody bag when it comes in the mail sometime soon.

Up next on Art Predator: a series of political posts for peace by guest blogger Grant Marcus.
