Santa Baby: Let It Snow!

December 6, 2008

That’s right, it’s snowing at Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert and all over the poetry and everything else on my blog, thanks to the Automatticians at WordPress! If you’re on WordPress, here’s how to get snow on your own blog!

Eartha Kitt and her friends (!) can have all that stuff! The snow is great and making me happy! (OK, maybe an iPhone would be nice…and okay, I’ll take an aquamarine surrounded by brown diamonds if you insist…)

Happy Holidays from sunny, warm coastal southern California!

(PS Let me know if the snow overly taxes your machinery–I heard last year some people complained that it caused slowdowns on some blogs but I never noticed a problem…)

It’s snowing, and its 32 celcius and 110 percent humidity, how odd. Eartha Kitt is the sexiest creature ever to grace our planet.

the world is full of amazing events, isn’t it? i love how it is snowing on her set. that has to be a minor miracle…followed by her lovely back-up singers…you did notice them, didn’t you?

Found you via AlphaInventions by accident…
…and this is the third random reference to Eartha Kitt just today!

    1. Eartha Kitt as CatWoman
2 Eartha Kitt as Freya in the Terry Jones movie, “Erik, the Viking”
    3. Now Eartha Kitt singing “Santa Baby”

Not ONE was Christmas related until now! Weird…

She comes to Seattle every summer still and does a week-long gig at Dimitrio’s Jazz Alley…she was here in July this year. That woman still has some knock-out legs…at age 71, can you believe it?! And is as sassy as ever, flirting with the audience, making 35 year old men blush and telling them they’re handsome, but where’s their father! She’s a hoot!

Burning Man! I’ve been wanting to experience this festival ever since I first learned of it. Sounds like an amazing event.
