Are you lost in the world? Are you getting enough NATURE in your life?
How do you spend your days?
Do you get outside to walk, hike, garden, explore, camp, read,
or even just sit and see the sun set or the moon rise on a regular basis?
Do you hear the birds? Do you listen to them?
Can you smell spring coming?

Lost in in the world? Get grounded– pick up a rock. Seek a sense of place. Connecting to place is as important to us and our survival as a species as is our connection to each other.
